Its getting hot!

Well I had a Dr. appointment on 8/11 with my MW. But she was not the one I saw I saw someone else and I didn't even understand what she was saying at all :( I didn't get to ask any questions mainly b/c She was too fast and hard to understand. ok My appointment was @ 3:45pm. Jon and I got there around 3:40pm. We ended up not getting called in till about 4:30pm. Then it was another 5 to 10 min. b4 the Dr. came in. She told me to lay on the bed to hear the heart beat (135 bpm). then she had me get down asked me how I was doing and if I was drinking my water then said see ya later. She didn't measure my belly or check my legs like my MW does. She just seemed so in a rush and not into it. I think it was because I am not her patient. I mean my MW goes over my weight gain and what I should be experiencing in the next few weeks. I look forward to all that. So When I got to the receptionist desk, I told them that next time if Kay H is not going to be in for my appointment to please call and make a new time/date with me b/c I don't want to see that dr again! She said ok and moved my next appointment to Friday 8/27 during the AM :)

Today I woke up with some serious back pain. I could hardly move :( I am getting worried and need to talk to my MW about how I sleep. I fall asleep with my body pillow and laying on my left/right side. I sleep mostly on my right side. But sometimes when I wake up I am laying flat on my back. I herd that you shouldn't be laying on your back for long periods of time due to the fact you can harm your baby. So, ever sense i read that I have been freaking out when I wake up on my back. I will usually get up go pee and then drink some cold water till the baby kicks a few times then I will lay back down on my side and go back to sleep.

I do know I have been trying to do too much. I am trying to still be my normal self before I was pregnant and noticed more that its not possible :( This extra weight is really slowing me down and this heat on top of that is just hard to do ANYTHING. I have a bus trip coming up the 28th and my baby shower is the 29th of this month...Then September I have 2 more baby showers and the Haunted Hayride starting up. OMG busy busy busy!!!!

Long Time

Day 190: Baby's brain will look more wrinkled now. A convulted (wrinkled) brain has more brain cells!

Well I finally got my computer back so this way I could update whats going on with the baby and me :) I went to my appointment today and Jon and I got to hear Lukus's Heart beat (135 bpm). My blood pressure is doing fine and I have only gained 2 or 3 pounds sense my last appointment. I am at 150lbs. now which puts me up to 24lbs that I have gained so far :) Not bad not bad at all!!! Lukus seems to be really low to me though. But from other women I hear I should be happy because when they are high yours ribs are always in pain. So I am happy for now...lol...

On another note I have 3 friends about to give birth this month! One is due Friday, another in 7 days and the last in 2 weeks. Then I found out another friend is Pregnant due in Feb. and my cuz is doing well with her pregnancy and is due in January and my Aunt Pilkinton is due in November!!! Wow must be something in the water :)

Well I am on every other week appointments now. Next appointment is the 25th of this month! And my baby shower(s) are right around the corner....I am getting so excited!!!!! ONLY 76 DAYS LEFT till we get to meet and hold/kiss our son!!!!
